上週的統整課，我們用小布球做了好多有趣的活動。
拋接球，鍛鍊我們的反應力；把球繞過身體，訓練我們的肢體協調能力；衝刺放球進籃，磨練我們的瞬間衝刺與煞停的控制力；定點和跳躍投擲，挑戰我們的精準度。
一連串精彩的活動下來，全身上下都徹底活動到了，真是充實的一天！
We used the cloth ball to do so many interesting activities in the comprehensive class last week.
Catching balls trained our reaction; passing the ball around our body trained our physical coordination ability; dashing and putting balls in the basket enhanced our control of our body to sprint and halt; throwing balls from a fixed point and during jumping strengthened our accuracy.
We fully exercised through a series of amazing activities. What a rich day!
